what happen if we only eat fruits?😕
1. positive effect:-
Fruits are major source of potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin c and folate.
potassium -
Dietary fiber-
Dietary fiber helps in relieving constipation and reducing blood cholesterol level, thus lowering the risk of heart disease
Vitamin c -
vitamin c responsible for the growth and repair of the body tissues.
folate-
folate is vital in the formation of red blood cells
2. Negative effect: -
Now on the flip side fruits contain high sugar content it proved to be a harmful to diabetic patients, also eating lot of them will also lead to weight gain and tooth decay.
Lastely relying only on fruits which lead to nutritional deficiency which may further lead to immune system dysfunction.
